A stunning villa, super nice, absolutely relaxing, very attentive staff - their pure gems, really! Small and cozy complex. The housekeeping team did everything to keep our villa mosquito free (and it perfectly worked - 0 problems). The team kept in touch with us via WhatsApp during our stay and everything worked super smoothly. They even offered to make a breakfast box as we were leaving at 6 in the morning. Thank you!

I mean you are in nature and surrounded by animals, I’m not a big fan of having a gekko or lizard in my room or hearing them in the evening. However, it wouldn’t be fair to use this as a negative as you are in the nature, therefore, absolutely normal. Just prepare for some natural friends but the villa staff is there for any questions or support.

Very simple: all the staff were absolutely Brilliant: Diana, both Ketuts, Divtha, April, Putu, Wulan, Yogi, Bintang… from front desk to bar… we can’t thank you enough! Leaving was very emotional. Both breakfast and dinner are outstanding. The “butler service” really is what it says; a bespoke personal service. Communication via whatsapp was easy and immediate. Our stay at Emana really made our Ubud visit unforgettable. Thank you to all of you for making it special!

Absolutely nothing!

From the moment I arrived, Emana Bambooscape felt like somewhere truly special. The bamboo villa is absolutely beautiful and the way it blends into the surrounding nature makes the whole experience feel incredibly peaceful and unique. The villa was immaculate, beautifully designed and extremely comfortable, with the private pool and views making it feel like our own little piece of paradise. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was genuinely warm, friendly and attentive without ever making it feel forced. Nothing was too much trouble and the level of care throughout the stay was exceptional. The food and breakfast were also fantastic, and the floating breakfast was such a memorable experience. It is one of those rare places that somehow feels even better in person than it does in the photographs.

Honestly, I struggled to find anything I didn’t like. Everything about the stay felt thoughtfully considered and the few days went far too quickly. If anything, my only complaint is that I wish I had stayed longer!
