The flat was comfortable and spacious and the location was very near the train station and all the attractions we wanted to visit

Nothing really: we had a little trouble getting in to the property because we didn't realise that there was more than one key pad in the vestibule -- we only realised that after stupidly trying the first one we saw several times. So maybe the host could put that in the information (if it was there, we didn't notice it). Also we struggled to get the WiFi going, but we called the host and he came over within minutes and sorted it. He was great, a really nice helpful guy.

It is a modern comfortable ground floor apartment with tasteful decor. We enjoyed our stay immensely. It’s within walking distance of Stirling Castle and not far, by car, from the Kelpies and Doune Castle. We had a marvellous time with the locals at Mollie Malones Pub around the corner.

Beautifully decorated and comfortable apt. Plenty of room. The host was easy to get a hold of and took care of a small problem we had.

Location, size of rooms were great.

1. We notified the staff in our arrival of a number of problems. They sent Martin the building manager who took note. We never heard from him again. 2. There wasn't a welcome book, instructions on how to use anything. 4. The shower wasn't draining, we took out the filter - it was moldy and full of hair. We sent a picture to Martin- never heard anything. 5. There were two of us - we were only given one face towel. I asked for more - none were ever delivered. 6. The beds and pillows were the hardest we've ever slept on. 7. The entry ceiling fixtures were filthy and one had a spider living in it. I believe the owner needs to be more hands on / overseeing the cleaning crew and Martin the manager. 8. On arrival there wasn't clear directions how to access the touch pad entry...
