For our travel and stay ,the location was perfect.Great big apartment, comfortable.Parking great plus.We did not use our car, apartment is close to public transportation and walking distance from the Old city.
We needed to open windows and it is noisy. All bedroom windows face a street side.Bedrooms did not have curtains or blinds that control outdoor light at night.Bathroom did not have privacy window covers as well.

El apartamento es cómodo, espacioso y limpio. Hay que pasar las zonas comunes que vamos ha decir que son "vintage", se deberían mejorar, pero en general es aconsejable, y está bien ubicado y con tranvía en la misma calle.

Spacious, clean, and well-equipped apartment with everything brand new. The city center is a pleasant 20-minute walk away. It's also well-connected to other parts of the city with trams that stop right outside. All kinds of shops, supermarkets, and restaurants are also nearby.
The same trams that take you to the city center in complete comfort are quite noisy when you're at the house, although not really bothersome. I missed having more cutlery. I didn't like that there was a €20 fee for barely an extra hour of check-out.
