TRUFFA

Ho già scritto una mail ieri. Il BnB non esiste se chiami il numero è sempre staccato. Inoltre sul sito ci sta un indirizzo e l'host in chat te ne manda un altro. Mi sono recato ad entrambi e non ci sta nessuno BnB

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Leaving. Not even proximity to the station could save this atrocious, uncomfortable, terrible experience from being the absolute worst we have experienced on this platform.

Avoid this stay at all costs. The issues began before arriving, with an incorrect listing of address. When asked about the inconsistency, the host responded abruptly with an incomplete corrected address and had to be further prompted for complete information. Extremely shady. Upon arrival, the host rushed up the stairs of the apartment's building in front of us without waiting or giving direction. We were taken into a dilapidated apartment with doors that do not fully close and the most absurd, unacceptable securing system: two screws hold a padlock closed on the outside of the door, meaning that anyone can be locked IN from the outside at any time. Photos attached. Even with the padlocked locked, the door can be pushed in enough for anyone outside to see inside. After locking and leaving our room, we returned to find that the key the host had given us was cut so poorly we could not access the building. When he was called to let us in, we also discovered that he had mixed up the padlock keys--someone who was not even staying in the apartment had the key to our room, with all of our things inside, and we had a key to a different room instead of our own. The host did not have a duplicate key. We waited for over an hour for access to our things and room, with the host demanding that whoever had the keys come to return them rather than getting them himself. When the keys arrived, he attempted to enter the room without us. We were awakened in the morning with rapid knocking on our door and repeated buzzing of the apartment intercom before 9AM. Strangers attempted to enter our room, which we had booked for two nights, because the host had overbooked. That night, our poorly cut key kept us trying consistently and incessantly from entering the building for over half an hour, causing consternation for fellow residents.

Been camping for weeks, this was supposed to be an easy last day/night before the ferry, It was not.

Wifi did work. Location good for 'Old Town'

Landlord sent me to the incorrect address on the complete wrong side of town. I had my own transport so the 25 min journey was not the end of the world. He told me someone had to get a taxi the other day!! Correct address is 12 Calle Prim. It is on the same road as the Ganbara Hostel. Landlord just quoted Prim. There is NO number above the door. Flat is on the 3rd Floor. Internal door handle to the bedroom could not be locked as it was broken. Think 80's Student flat.

Avoid at all cost, it should not be on Booking

Absolutely nothing

Dirty The owner fails to mention that the room is in a shared accommodation, that the bedroom door barely closes
