Located in a newer residential neighbourhood less than 10 minute walk from the train station. Good choice of eateries within 15-20 minute walk (highly recommend the Chinese restaurant on Via S. Zeno and the kebabs around the corner). We also used the train station subway as a shortcut to the historic centre. The room was well set up with plenty of space for luggage. We appreciated the dishes and cutlery, kettle, microwave, and small fridge for making a simple breakfast. Laundry is located on the ground floor. Host was very responsive when we had issues with the hot water.
It was awkward washing dishes in the bathroom sink. Large people will find the toilet too close to the shower.

Прекрасные апартаменты, в 5 минутах от вокзала.
Удобная кровать, холодильник, сейф, посуда. Все необходимое.
Единственный минус, отсутствие лифта, если вам выпал последний этаж и у вас чемоданы.
