Amazing, clean and cozy apartment.... The owner is kind , ready to help, friendly and fast response to messages. The apartment is situated not far from Niamphaea Water Park.
Lots of amenities as follows:
Washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, fridge and freezer, underfloor heating, electric blinds, smart TV, kettle etc..
I didn't like the pillows on the bed. Poor quality.

Large and spacious, well positioned near the river.
Not very clean. I found hair on the bed and in the fridge and big lumps of modly dust on the terrace and walls (outside walls but really unpleasant to sit outside).
Also, there is no soundproofing to the neighbouring apartament, you can hear what people speak.
