The family is friendly and provides useful information for planning excursions

However, there are several things that could be improved at the guesthouse. I booked a double room through Booking.com but was initially given a four-bed dormitory. The room itself was fine, but the toilet could not be flushed. I also had to insist on the fact that breakfast and dinner were included in my Booking.com reservation, as I was initially asked to pay for them. Some basic hospitality details could also be improved. When I asked for coffee, I was given a jar with only a few old granules left at the bottom. When I asked for drinking water, I was given tap water. Overall, the family is welcoming and well-intentioned, but the guesthouse needs to pay more attention to the terms of reservations and to the basic expectations of international guests.

The hostess was very kind and helped us with arranging transport to several hikes. The prices were also better than at the CBT office. Food was good and enough.

The room is quite small so there is little room for your luggage.

スタッフのママと娘たちがとても親切。特にママは英語も上手で乗馬などの相談に乗ってくれた。また、乗馬で他へ泊りに行っているときも荷物を預かってくれて、帰ってきてからも宿泊を引き受けてくれた。ごはんもとてもおいしかった。シャワーもしっかり出ます。宿から見える景色は最高です。

宿ではないが、宿を通して頼んだ乗馬のツアーのガイドがあまり良くなかった。トゥルパルコル湖へ行くツアーは、特に息は単調な道を５時間とかなり苦痛。しっかり内容を説明して穂sh着かった。トゥルパルコル湖まで車で行き、現地で乗馬をするのがいいかな。

Wir kamen an und im CBT1 war kein Zimmer frei obwohl wir gebucht hatten. Nach ca 30 Minuten warten (weil es war keiner zuständig, niemand hat uns beachtet) wurden wir in das Nebengebäude gebracht, dies war relativ neu gebaut, aber das Zimmer war kalt und nicht sauber. Die Handtücher hatten Flecken, der badteppich und der Boden waren nass und voller Haare, Klopapier war leer und der Müll war voll. Frühstück ok, nichts besonderes für den europäischen Gaumen.
