We are a couple visiting family and we stayed here for a month. The accommodation was an easy walk to Frankston Shopping Centre and the train station. We had a good on site parking space. Tim welcomed us and was an excellent host. The living room was light and cosy and looked out onto a beautiful garden where we enjoyed many an afternoon tea. Facilities here were great and we would definitely stay again when visiting Mornington Peninsula.

The property was very clean and comfortable, perfect location for the weekend activities 😊 Tim was awesome

The pillows could do with updating and a thicker doona during the colder nights

It was a good location. The unit had everything we needed for our stay.

The bathroom is a bit small but adequate.

It was located super close to the beach and not too far from the Mornington Peninsula, making it a good spot to stay! Tim was super nice and accommodating, and even offered to let us have a later checkout if that worked better for us. He also provided us with some recommendations for meals in the local area, I couldn’t recommend it more for someone looking for a good spot near the beach!
