Proximity to the beach, the terrace, and the coziness of the house."
The only minor thing is that the bathrooms could use a bit of updating/refurbishment, but it didn't ruin our stay.

Lovely house, very clean and convenient, with new equipment and all comfort. Nice little beach just in front of the house. Fantastic sunsets! We were 7 adults and enjoyed staying there for Christmas, with lovely decoration. Huge thanks to the landlord who accommodated all our requests and were flexible on arrival / departure times .
Main road between the house and the beach: noisy and dangerous to cross.

Mieux qu'on l'imaginait...
Franchement merci beaucoup!
Rien, tout était parfait!
