I’m very satisfied with my stay. The house was clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful view that made our trip even more enjoyable. My children had a great time playing at the playground, which was a wonderful bonus. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable experience.
I have no complaints at all. Everything was perfect.

The playroom is definitely a plus for family with young children, parking was quite convenient as it is almost right next to the lift lobby. Check in and check out was easy as well. Host provided slippers which is very thoughtful. The guide sent to us via Whatsapp on how to troubleshoot and use facilities was also very helpful.
Washroom was a bit slippery perhaps application of antislip coating would make it safer for the elderly and the young. Maybe also make laundry facilities available as it would definitely attract those who wants to stay longer.

My son enjoy the playroom! And my 3 yo son accidentally locked himself in the room, luckily the maintenance guy is easily reachable so they came and open the door with key.
The actual total charged by booking.com is much higher than what was initially stated. Initially the price supposed to be rm 600+ but the final charge is rm 800+ (and this was charged before the stay). It is more something to do with booking.com than the home owner.

Breakfast not provided, so unable to rate.
Location is quite good.
The bathroom should have partition for shower area. Otherwise, the wet floor will prevail for whole night, making night use very uncomfortable.
Also, the curtain in the master bedroom is not functioning property.
The bed linen is quite smelly.
