Proximity to centre. Not much traffic, though obviously there is street noise from pedestrians. Spacious second floor apartment, no lift. Café beneath is not noisy. Generously provided with soaps and products. Comfortable, though the apartment could do with attention to minor details to improve on comfort and care, eg fridge switches itself off, kitchen blind is stuck, fix loo seat. The entrance on ground floor is not very nice, but the apartment is fine. Really nice high ceilings and old doors.

The loo is so small! We couldn't get the TV to work.

Great location with a lovely bar directly downstairs and steps away from restaurants, bars and local attractions. The entrance is a little shabby and the apartment itself could do with some TLC but great WiFi, hot powerful shower, clean beds, amazing air conditioning and lovely kitchen so overall excellent value for money

It is just a little shabby, particularly the bathroom but everything worked well

The location was so perfect and less than a minute from the centre. The apartment has beautiful balconies from all the main rooms and it has a beautiful tree and restaurant below (completely quiet still too). Beds were very comfortable and nice and big. Spotlessly clean. The kitchen was full of everything we needed too. 15-17 min walk to the train station where we explored all the towns and cities nearby. Perpignan is beautiful. I absolutely loved this holiday, can you tell! We will definitely return.

Nothing at all.
