Everything was perfect. The hotel combines beautiful, clean, and quiet surroundings with an exceptional level of professionalism and genuine Albanian hospitality. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the warmth and kindness of the staff. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and incredibly professional. A special mention goes to Luna, whose outstanding communication, beautiful smile, and genuinely caring attitude made us feel truly welcomed and valued. She was simply impressive and played a big part in making our stay so memorable. Nice area, hotel rooms are modern and clean. The beach is nice and the sunbeds are very comfortable. The hotel itself is aesthetically pleasing.

Staff need to be more welcoming and hospitable. They are not very friendly. They also need to disclose all extra costs up front and not upon departure. The hotel needs wristbands or something so you are not bombarded every 5 minutes when entering if you are staying there, what your name is and what room number. Same goes for use of the beach. Having security come up to you every few hours is bothersome. For what you charge the service and hospitality should be top notch.
