Excellent location, lovely and clean. Spacious with good facilities.
A bit noisy early in the morning.

Posizione ottima per un soggiorno a Peschiera del Garda. Struttura nuova e molto pulita. Possibilità di farsi il caffè e presenza angolo tisaneria nella stanza comune, accessibile h 24.
Mancanza di zanzariere alla finestra.

The room was quite big, very clean and with an additional fridge. They also left us extra bottles of water and soap/shampoo. The bathroom was also clean and roomy!
The location was great and even if very lively in the evening we didn't hear anything because the insulation was pretty good.
We were at the third floor and the air conditioning worked perfectly. We also didn't have much trouble with the stairs. Plus the place has also a common kitchen for cooking.
There was also a place to hang in the clothes (but no wardrobe/closet in the room).
The pillows were very very thin. It would have been nice to have some additional ones to choose from!
Sadly the breakfast was pretty late too (indicated as 8am) and the time the bar/cafe had strangely was 8:10am so they did but let us in till then.
