I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to others. We will definitely stay there again next time we visit Mastichari.
Better shade on the balcony in the morning would be appreciated, but if you love the sunshine, you won't mind!

We had a wonderful holiday here (6 days) and can not recommend it highly enough. The apartment was lovely, comfortable, and beautifully suited to our family of three, with a fantastic location. In just a few minutes, you can walk to beautiful beaches, many restaurants and shops, and also the boat to Kalymnos.
The apartment (and Mastichari) is very easy to get to with Kos public transport. We did not have a car, and had no problem at all.
Everything was just as we hoped for, and we immediately felt at home. The apartment is equipped with everything you need (washing machine, kitchen, TV, balcony, aircon, coffee machine, toaster, etc.).
The owner was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and thoughtful, which made our stay even more special. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into making guests feel comfortable and looked after.
We had a fantastic time in Mastichari and would absolutely love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

This is a clean and exceptionally well equipped apartment in the centre of Mastichari village (1 flight upstairs from the Harama restaurant) where it is possible to do self catering. The accommodation has excellent aircon and a couple of small fans, a large balcony which is shaded in the afternoons (there is a parasol to use in the mornings), balcony doors with shutters, mosquito screens and curtains, and if you crane your neck you can just about see the sea from the balcony.
The only shortcoming is a very compact bathroom, but it does have an incredibly powerful shower, which makes up for it! It certainly hasn't put us off - we will be staying there again in a few months' time!
