It is close to Newport Centre, so fantastic location. I was able to wash clothes and use the outdoor line to dry them, saving on laundrette costs. The flat is spacious, comfortable for lounging around.
There were a some immediate issues: previous tenants had left rubbish behind that had to be cleared; wifi name and password were wrong and had to be updated. Happily the customer service provided were excellent and they took care of things.
