We were visiting family in Paignton and this was a great location. Nice accommodation which is well equipped, comfortable and nicely done out. Street parking is limited to two hours at a time but there is a public car park close by where you can park overnight.
All good.

Comfortable property, good facilities, space and comfy beds. Basic living space but all we needed for a weekend away. Host was lovely.
Needs a little tlc in places. But just minor things.

lovely, clean and modern.
says it sleeps 4…definitely not 4 adults unfortunately. Travelled with 2 (skinny!!) teenage daughters and one had to sleep on the floor as the sofa bed was tiny and not very comfortable.
