ibis budget Madrid Albasanz

La comodidad de este tipo de hoteles. No se necesita más cuando solamente se va a descansar. Baño amplio y cama cómoda.

Nada que reseñar.

Sí muy agradable la estancia

The highlight of our stay was definitely the front desk employee—a wonderfully nice and friendly redhead whose name I unfortunately forgot. She went above and beyond to help us, even bringing us an extra pillow for the night. The location was also very convenient, situated just a 10-minute walk from the metro station and a 15-minute drive from the airport. Additionally, we really enjoyed the bathroom, which was extremely comfortable and fully equipped with all necessary amenities.

Unfortunately, several aspects of the room affected our stay. The space itself was quite small, and the pillows were far too soft (1/person), making it hard to sleep comfortably. The window offered very poor privacy, so keeping it closed left the room feeling dark and bunker-like. Noise was a major issue as well, with loud outside noise—possibly from nearby parties—waking us up at 3:00 AM and 5:00 AM both days. We were also disappointed that the TV lacked smart app capabilities for evening entertainment. Lastly, towel allocation was minimal: we were given only one large towel per person, with no hand/face towels provided or an extra towel for long hair.

El personal muy atento y la ubicación perfecta!

Había reservado una habitación triple porque era más grande / espaciosa pero me dieron una habitación normal . A pesar de haber pagado por una superior
