I was staying in the apartment for business reasons since I was playing a chess tournament nearby. It was very easy to find it and had everything essential (both in the bathroom and kitchen). Great for those that are planning to cook. Nearby you could find malls, markets, exchange shops and ofc the Batumi beach which was very nice to walk. I was staying alone but the apartment is big enough for two people (loved the big bedroom it was really comfortable). Both Alex and Marina were very kind and helpful and I am looking forward to book it again in the future if I come again to Batumi!

I spent couple nights here due to my Batumi layover and all was amazing. Brand new apartment really close to the sea. Owner was kind and help with all questions, also suggest some place to visit and try Georgian cuisine. 10/10. Highly recommended.
