Staff and rooms were really clean

Room could have been little bigger for the price

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Dandan who’s been extremely nice. I thought I lost my pen that goes with my tablet while she found it and offered to send it by courier. On top of the friendly staff, the hotel’s location is very convenient, and the facilities are new and clean. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

- Amazing design of the building from both outside and inside, it really stands out and it was one of the reasons we booked. - Service is very good with polite and friendly staff, though unfortunately they do not speak much English. The service offering is augmented by the use of robots which can deliver items on request to the guests on the room (which is very impressive for European" laowais"). - One of the best breakfast variety I have had in China as they offer a mix of Asian/Chinese breakfast options and Western breakfast. - Location is very convenient and there is access to one of the many CRT (metro) lines just next door.

- The only thing that could be improved is that the shower in our room had an unpleasant smell.
