It was very convenient that there is a coffee/food restaurant on the 1st floor which provided great breakfasts before starting the day (although the small kitchenette in the rental would do well if one was inclined to shop for food). We also liked that the 111 bus was a close 3 blocks for going downtown (close to North station or nearer the Freedom Trail), and it drops you off less than a block away on the return. The one way fare of 1.70 can't be beat!
The host responded very promptly with any questions.
nothing was objectionable.
