The accommodation is located in a quiet area, with several public transport stops nearby (around 200 metres away on average). This makes it easy and relatively quick to get to the city centre. You can also walk there, but only if you have plenty of time and enjoy walking. Finding the entrance might have been a bit tricky, but the owners sent us a video guide, which was very helpful. The room itself was quite comfortable, if we overlook the issue with the bathroom drain. Overall, it met our expectations and was good value for money.

The main problem was the payment process. My card, which has always worked without any issues on Booking.com and has been accepted by other properties, was rejected. I was then sent an invoice with a payment link to a third-party system, where the amount was €14 higher than the price shown on Booking.com. I paid and informed the property through Booking.com, but received no response, while the payment deadline was approaching. Eventually, I had to contact the company through its website and report the issue to Booking.com before the payment was acknowledged. Unfortunately, this was not my first experience of this kind with Noclegi Renters. On previous occasions, cards that worked normally elsewhere were rejected with a generic explanation that the transaction had not gone through, followed by a request to pay through the company's own system. The apartments themselves generally meet expectations, but this kind of unnecessary stress around payment, especially when the amount requested is higher than the Booking.com price, is something I would prefer to avoid. There was also an issue with one of the light switches. When I first entered the apartment and turned on the lights, one switch tripped the circuit breaker and all lights went off. Fortunately, the concierge on the ground floor showed me where the breakers were located; otherwise, finding them in the dark would have been difficult. The problem appeared to be with the switch controlling one of the pendant lights. We simply stopped using that light, as it was not essential. Finally, the shower drain worked normally for the first few days, but then almost stopped draining. We used the shower normally and carefully and did not put anything down the drain. Eventually, the water overflowed into the bathroom and then into the room, making the shower very difficult to use. I contacted the property, but unfortunately received a response only about two weeks later, when I was already far away.

Na francouzských oknech byly pouze zatemňovací závěsy. Doporučuji doplnit o záclony nebo průsvitné závěsy. Při odsloněných zatemňovacích závěsech je pokoj jako výkladní skříň.

Те що не було тюлі , вікна майже завжди вимушені бути закритими тому що вони виходять на жилі дома , і всі все бачили , хотілося сонячного світла і без зайвих очей , не відчуваєш себе зручно

The location and the building were good and the bed was comfortable. It was also quiet.

For 500pln/night you’d expect a bottle of water especially when booking a 10-night stay. There’s NESPRESSO machine but no capsules… only the cheapest instant tea and coffee. The apartment is not clean unfortunately, especially the bathroom. There’s also unpleasant smell and no cleaning during the whole 10 days. The curtains are not broad enough to cover the whole window so if you need a dark room to sleep in take a blinding mask. It’s also almost impossible to contact renters.pl regarding the booking since the automatic line is powered by AI never allowing you to talk to a real person. They do not accommodate any customer’s needs.
