Lovely studio, comfortable bed, excellent kitchen and provision of cooking pans/crockery/cutlery/utensils/washing up stuff as well as tea bags and coffee pods. Great location - walking distance to town centre and train station, 40 mins train to Amsterdam. Loved the decor in the studio.
The sofa was just not the most comfortable - but that’s a very minor point!

We loved the silence around the place, and the privacy.
We found parking the car easy.
The city Baarn was very lovely, the house is walking distance from the city center (10 minutes).
The house offered everything you may need, from Coffe ( we loved it) to Dish washer and baby equipment.
There are even some rabbits at the entrance.
There is a sofa bed but there was a lot of light since 4am. I used a sleeping mask and It was ok.
