HaoStay河口湖駅前

I stayed here for one night before climbing Mount Fuji. The hotel is very close to Kawaguchiko Station and the popular Lawson store in Kawaguchiko. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when I needed information about the luggage storage service. However, what I loved most was the beautiful view of Mount Fuji from my room window. I really wish I had booked more than one night. It was such a shame that I only stayed for one night!

I have to climb the stair to 2nd floor. They don't have the elevator. and the stair quite so high. Actually, it's not bad if your luggage is not too big. I can do it.

浴室很小，太高大的人使用起來很不方便（例如身高190cm以上或體重90kg以上）

The place is nice decorated, small but clean. The night receptionist even not so friendly, she is helpful.

We were charged 3000 Yen a night for our kid with no extra bed, just an extra towel, when the booking site says it is 1,500 Yen The location is not well stablished and it is a bit difficult to reach.
