This was our last night of a 2-week stay in Germany. Check-in was efficient. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a visually-impaired conference nearby and we were able to observe the staff pay attention to the the hotel guests were part of that.
We had the buffet breakfast the next morning before leaving for the airport and it was very good.
If you are taking the S-Bahn to the Hbf, I suggest taking the S3 or S4 from the Frankfurt Messe station. The M46 bus is also an option.

This hotel was the first and last hotel on our 2-week trip by train through Germany.
We walked here from the Hbf and were very tired after a long flight from Canada and arrived in the lobby at 10AM. Our room would not be ready until 3PM. We sat in the lobby and must have looked a sorry sight. Our check-in person gave us a complimentary room upgrade to Premier Plus and we were in our room before noon. The room was clean and comfortable.
We had to leave at 6AM to catch our ICE train to Hamburg so we did not get to enjoy breakfast.

Nice and clean one night stay, good price, good WiFi working area small place to buy stuff. Excellent area near Messe and Mall.
