The XERACSO III-IV complex is a tall seven-storey construction, located in the very first line above the dunes, situated at the Southern end of Xeraco beach on Les Marines street No. 7. In the vicinity, you will find all types of services, as well as tranquillity, little traffic and guaranteed rest.

Apartment on the second floor WITHOUT lift. Everything in perfect condition, with three bedrooms, a main bathroom and an additional one in the corridor (both with bathtub), functional independent kitchen and spacious living room with exit to a large fresh terrace facing East with panoramic sea views, and also to the common areas and swimming pool. Includes parking space.

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. Pressure cooker, blender, toaster and hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them!

Key collection will be done at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 XERACO BEACH, from 13:00 hours. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 in the morning. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages, either leave a deposit of 150 € which will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) of 28€ non-refundable.

The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).

Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for the youngest and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth making. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountain and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let us not forget fishing, practicable on beaches, sea arms and rivers.
