Meroddi Beyoğlu Residence

I really liked the cleaning of the place!! everything was clean spotlesly evertime Aswell mister salahadin welcomed us very warmly and checked us out with offering us free drinks would like to add that the cleaner that was cleaning our room was extremely kind aswell dk her name sadly,i liked that its advanced room and i liked the hotel future in general, I advise for long staying and for couples very friendly highly recommended.

The only issue is when we asked for water in ours room sometimes it never arrived, we never used shuttle bus aswell we wanted to use but we didn’t know which one it was or we basicly dump wasnt an issue after all we enjoyed walking

Helpful staff. 100% clean. Free shuttle every hour to Taksim and Sishane. Great location with outdoor shops across the street. Nearby Parks.

I wish i could control the A/C by myself for each room, but anyway the staff was helpful by adjusting it day and night

Receptionist Salah & his manager were so kind & helpful speaking multiple languages to assure they can fully help. They offer free shuttle to multiple entertainment locations

Transportation is necessary as no close services unless you walk 8- 9 min

The rooms bed is very comfortable

The receptionist staff is not welcoming and unfriendly. Upon my arrival with my son [my husband & daughter all check in earlier] saw 3 staff [2 sitting down inclusive 1 supervisor] and another staff was trying to assist us, but he looks lost. I noticed that the reception staffs are lack of courtesy culture. No greeting to guest upon check in, when we have queries, they response and must us wait for a long time. Please note that all guests are equal regardless of where we come from. Though the staff is not the expert or do not have a specialty in skill, knowledge or understanding of the property have the courtesy to explain to the guest properly.
