Here’s a refined version that keeps your wording and meaning, but flows more smoothly and reads like a polished 5-star review:
> We had a wonderful stay in Sydney. The house is a beautifully renovated Victorian home that comfortably accommodated our group of 10 guests. While not expansive by Australian standards, the space is very well designed and worked extremely well for our family stay.
>
> The separate studio above the garage was a fantastic bonus and ideal for anyone wanting extra privacy. Parking was easy, with space for two cars in the garage accessed from the back of the house. The location was excellent, with very convenient access to public transport, making it simple to get around the city.
>
> Everyone in our family was very happy, and we would happily recommend this home for a memorable Sydney stay.
If you want it **slightly shorter**, **more enthusiastic**, or **more Airbnb-style**, I can tighten it further.

Beautifully renovated and well appointed. Location was excellent too.
Parking availability wasn’t clearly advertised. We booked a 5 bedroom house and we had more than 3 car spaces required. This was an issue.
