Beautiful studio apartment located 2-3 minutes walk to the beach. the unit has a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster. 1 queen bed and a sofa bed for your comfort, one parking spot. Access to family room with games, Gym and Laundry. Located 0.5 miles from the pier and the arcade. Great restaurant and bars are also walking distance.
CHECK IN: Check in time starts at 4:00pm. Check in instructions will be send 2 days prior check in.
CHECK OUT POLICY: Please note that check out time is at 10:00am on the designated date of check out.
QUITE HOURS: We want to ensure that all of our guest are enjoying their stay and ask that quite hours are observed from 11pm to 7:30 am.
THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING. IN THE UNIT AND OUTSIDE NEAR THE UNITS.
THE CONDO IS LOCATED NEAR THE TRAIN TRACKS, SO PLEASE BE ADVISE OF TRAIN VERY LOUD NOISE AT ANY TIME.
- Guest agree that they are responsible for any damage of their own properties and any injury of themselves inside and outside of the property.
- The Guest agrees to reimburse the owner for any damages or missing items for the duration they are occupants from the safety deposit and/or from their credit card if damage protection insurance was not purchased.
- No condo property such as bedspreads, pillows, blankets, towels, sheets, chairs, pots, pans, glasses, dishes or anything else are to be taken out of this condo to the beach or anywhere else. Please leave everything inside the unit.
- Upon check in, linens for each bed and a towel for each person will be available, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Please remember this is a VRBO condo, not a hotel, in case you need more items you are more than welcome to bring them in.
-Renters are responsible for keeping the condo tidy, taking out the trash, washing the dishes and utensils before living. (Extra cleaning fee might apply if not followed). Maid and cleaning service are only provided when you depart unless otherwise requested for an additional cost.
-This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat it like your own home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action as soon as possible.

Perfect location. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Pros: The room is nicely decorated and clean. I wouldn't call it an apartment but rather a studio with a bathroom. The keypad to enter was a little wonky but the owner was responsive and had it working on the second day. It's only a short walk to the beach.Cons: There are four recessed lights for entire main area and connected to one light switch. There were no lamps so the lights were either all on or all off. The bed is up against the wall. There is about 18-20 inches on the opposite wall. Just enough room to get into the bathroom. You literally have to bend sideways towards the bed to avoid hitting your head on the mounted TV. It would have made more sense to put the TV on the opposite wall. The windows were stuck and unable to open. There were no hand towels or kitchen towels, so a quick trip to Walmart fixed that. There are train tracks in the back yard. It's very loud, especially when they blow the whistle!

The condo is absolutely beautiful! SO CLEAN, well decorated, great amenities. Such an easy walk across the street to the beach. However, we are not used to sleeping near, let alone right next to a Amtrack! Not only the track, but this condo is located at an intersection so the horn must be blowed multiple times upon the arrival to the intersection. During the 1st night, it came by 7 times. It’s so close and powerful, your beds do vibrate each time. If you are from a city or are used to this kind of noise during the night, you will not have any issues. However, we are from a more quiet area and even though some nights was only 3-4 times, it didn’t offer much sleep for our family. The condo itself is wonderful, we just are not used to being so close to a track.
