This quintessential La Quinta home is beautifully decorated, inside and out. The
home has a bright, clean and modern feel. With a large, open floor plan Paloma
Paradise is the perfect escape for entertaining friends and family. Outfitted with a
spacious kitchen that flows directly into the living & dining areas, you’ll have everything
you need to prepare and serve that special meal. Off the kitchen there is a cozy reading
nook/bar area, offering the ideal place to relax with a book or a cocktail.
Three large sliders open onto the backyard oasis, melding your indoor and outdoor
living space together. The backyard is an entertainer’s dream with a Tiki Bar, putting
green, gas fire pit (with seats for young and old!), spa, pool and so much more.
The master bedroom has it all... large private bathroom, walk-in closet, private slider to
the back patio, and a desk to get your work done.
In addition to the main home, the property offers a private Suite/Casita off the courtyard.
The casita is a truly intimate space with its own entrance, kitchenette, refrigerator, and
door to the backyard. Nestled directly off the Casita is a private patio – a great place to
enjoy a morning cup of coffee or tea while taking in the view of the mountains.
Paloma Paradise is where you want to be to relax, spend time with family and friends or
just get away! The home is located just minutes from the festivals such as Coachella
and Stagecoach, and down the road from the BNP Tennis Tournament. We are walking
distance to the La Quinta Civic Park and Old Town La Quinta, which is known for its
famous dining and shops. World-class golf courses are also in close proximity.
Fire pit. Private putting green. Large Pool. Bikes. Outdoor games. Majestic views. Just beautiful!
This home has all you need… you really won't want to leave!
