A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
This stunning 1950s single story 2 bed/1 bath home received a complete remodel in 2021 to become a chic industrial-modern home! The home is just a few blocks from downtown Temp, ASU's gorgeous campus and all of the hot spots in Tempe.
You'll love the peaceful neighborhood and its unique (for Phoenix) lush green yards, mature fir trees and all of the citrus trees in your back yard. Feel free to pick your fill of oranges, grapefruits, lemons and limes (season permitting)!
Your relaxation and comfort is paramount to us, so we have included a large smart TV ,Oh and the wifi is a blazing fast 1GB fiber connection and the AC is brand new and powerful to keep you cool in Arizona's heat.
The dining, kitchen and living area boast an open concept that is tastefully designed, furnished and decorated for maximum relaxing and/or social entertaining.
The kitchen has quartz counters and upgraded stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and even some spices so you can save money by preparing meals versus eating out.
The brand new beds and high thread count sheets are of the best quality and selected with your comfort in mind. Our goal on the bedding is that you experience a night's sleep that's even better than what you get at home.
While you have completely private access and exclusive use of the main house, there is another tenant living in the attached casita (guest house). You also have access to the shared backyard with a hot tub, putting green, citrus trees and a laundry room with coin-operated washer and dryer that is shared with the 2 other apartments on the same property.
We trust you'll love your stay and hope that you truly feel at home. Mi casa es su casa!

It was wonderful, perfect location to all of our planned activities. Quiet neighborhood, very friendly residents. We loved the park nearby! The property was clean and property managers were super responsive and offered great customer service made our stay that much better. Thank you will definitely stay again!

We've stayed at this property before and had absolutely no complaints. We did somewhat enjoy our recent stay and Brian, the property manager, did everything we expected in terms of booking and providing a specific unit we requested.
However, housekeeping HAS NOT been doing a thorough job of cleaning the apartment after every guest. In short, we have never seen so much accumulated dust, pollen and detritus inside a short-term rental accommodation, as we saw during the few days we stayed at this property.
Consequently, my wife and I, who already suffer from severe allergies, were absolutely miserable during our stay. But, we do plan on trying this property again, in the future. We're just hoping that our recent stay was merely an anomaly.

Apartment was nice: plenty of space for my brother and I. He opted to not sleep in the main bedroom because of a slight noise that was keeping him up (he’s a light sleeper). He slept on the couch instead and said it was comfortable. The only drawback was the AC in the living room and smaller bedroom (twin beds) stopped blowing cold air after the first day. They were both still blowing air that was cooler than outside (90-100), but not as cold as would be expected with AC. We opted to not call the guest experience director since we weren’t staying long - I’m sure it would’ve been addressed had we notified someone.
