Great beach house. Spacious for our family. Very clean. Cozy decor. Super close to restaurants and shops. Well stocked for cooking. Backyard was great for the kids to play in. Plenty of sitting room. 5 stars all the way!!!

They location was great! It was close to everything and right across the street from the beach. It was clean and well stocked. The beach wagon and beach equipment was very convenient.

The house was perfect for our stay and the location was ideal. Easy access across the street to the beach and easy walking to restaurants, shops, groceries, miniature golf, ice cream etc.

Great location in Cocoa Beach. My only complaint is there was zero communication with the owners for the place. I messaged them several times about a few things and I never received a response.
