This comfortable and new lower-level walk-out features 2 spacious bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with two queen beds—plus a cozy sofa bed in the living room for additional guests. Enjoy beautiful views just a 5-minute walk from Palisade State Park, less than 10 minute walk (2 minute drive) to Golf Course, and directly across from the entrance to Six Mile Canyon.
The unit includes all the essentials: heating and air conditioning, a full kitchen and bathroom, in-unit washer and dryer, and a welcoming living area. Each room has its own TV, and free WiFi is available throughout the space.

Everything was better than we expected. When we needed to modify our booking last minute she was so attentive and understanding and worked with us. The standard for vrbos are now set high after staying here.

We have stayed in this area before and LOVE it! Beautiful location. We were very comfortable - plenty of space for our needs. We stayed to be close to our son’s cross country meet at the golf course. We love this place anytime of year! We’ll definitely be back. Host was very communicative and gracious. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
