Located on the first floor of a small building with access via external stairs, the apartment opens onto a bright living room with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen featuring an induction cooktop. The tastefully furnished space offers a comfortable sofa in front of a smart TV, ideal for relaxing after a day in the city.
Light parquet floors create a warm, welcoming atmosphere, while underfloor heating and cooling ensure comfort in every season. The two double bedrooms are spacious—perfect for families, couples, or guests needing an extra room for work or visitors. The modern, functional bathroom is fully equipped.
