The living room contains a sofa bed, which is 140 cm wide when opened. The washroom includes a shower and WC. In shared use with another apartment: a sauna, washing facilities, washing machine in the basement, and a tepee in the yard.

The apartment provides great opportunities for winter activities; a cross-country ski trail starts directly from the yard, a snowmobile trail network runs just a stone's throw away, and Salla Ski Resort is less than a 30-minute drive (approx. 26 km). If you’re interested in water activities, the Aatsinkijoki River, perfect for canoe trips, flows just around 600 meters away.
