This is a new, beautiful, big, 2 bedroom apartment. The view of the castle is unobstructed. The apartment is very centrally located to grocery and restaurants and is 1 block from the bus from/to Tirana, and a short 10 minute's walk to buses to Shengjin and Shköder.
Stay here. It is a great value.
The building, although nearly completed, is still under construction, but the workers quit by late afternoon. That said, their noise was distant and not bothersome.
