Our hostess Manuela was kind enough to meet us at the train station and walk with us down to the apartment. That took all the guess work out of finding it and entering. Everything in the unit was modern, functional, comfortable, and very spacious, considering where we were. After she parted, I had several questions and she responded almost immediately. Its location was right down by the main piazza on the harbor, which easily made up for the apartment's long flight of entry stairs.
The obligatory stair climb for every access was not my favorite but I was fully aware ahead of time. Trips to the apartment were carefully calculated.

The location was excellent, close to the action but quiet for sleeping.
The stairs up and down are very steep, but we managed ok. The AC for the main room and the second bedroom was not as strong as the one in the primary bedroom, so we kept all doors open so that our kids were cool. Although beautiful, the kitchen is tiny, one person at a time.

Excellent location, could not a been better situated. Clean and spacious rooms plus air conditioning. Incredibly quiet despite how busy Vernazza is in summer. The owner was helpful and accommodating.
We were aware of the stairs and there is a photo on the website but you really have to see them to believe how steep they are! We didn't have a problem, but if you have mobility issues this isn't the place for you.

Pretty much everything. Location is exceptional even for Vernazza, and I think Vernazza is the best village to stay in
Only downside was no washing machine, but the laundry was only about 5 minutes' walk away and has a bar next door
