The Euphoria Hanoi

Clean and had all the facilities I needed.

The property is down a side street with no car access so you have to walk the final 5 mins.

Having a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen made my stay so convenient. The location near West Lake, grocery stores, cafés, and restaurants was absolutely perfect.

Hele stedet på nær der badeværelse der flyder over

personalet var ret så sure og ikke særligt imødekommende ved receptionen

Large room with good facilities. AC was great. Secure, quiet area off the busy main roads.

Unfortunately there is quite a lot to not like about this property. The room felt very dirty - visible stains on towels and sheets. An AWFUL smell from the kitchen sink. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Staff woke us from our sleep knocking repeatedly on our door at 11PM at night requesting payment for our stay, yet our stay was not over yet - check out was 12PM the next day. We would have happily paid during the day - not at 11PM at night. The property despite being on a quiet alley, is very loud from other guests and staff. There was constant noise, chatter and banging of doors until ~4am. At one point during the night, there was staff working on our floor, being extremely loud. Beware, to get to the hotel you must walk ~5 minutes, during the dark this is very off putting - as the streets are pitch black. We got chased and growled at by dogs at 4AM before our flight. Nothing Euphoric about this hotel.
