Good communication before we arrived with keycode. Easy to find and park. Everything we needed for a 2 night stay while visiting family nearby. Comfy bed and excellent shower.

Great host, close to the NEC, beautiful garden and setting with all amenities needed for cooking and cleaning etc, was very clean and comfy, A nice and quiet location with parking too. Everything you need really.
If i was being very picky.... A little slimline vanity table in front of the mirror in the walkway for the ladies to put there make up on would be a great addition, but that was more a problem for my partner, it was just something that stood out to me while she was getting ready. Other than that 10/10 and I would stay again. More than happy with the accommodation. Thanks
