The location for us was perfect and there was a secure garage for parking.

The shower has black mould in the silicone, it’s freezing in that bathroom, for the shower to be hot none of the cold tap could be on, when I arrived the drains smelt like sewage, the couch feels like it’s on its last legs and the tv constantly stuffs up, in one of the bedrooms all of the power outlets are on the right side of the bed (that’s up against the wall) but there’s not extension chords and the lamp is on the left side not plugged in?.. the place just needs to some money invested in it to upkeep it and give it a freshen up! Also didn’t love that the front door had no extra lock whether that be a chain or anything, basically anybody who knows the code for the door can just let themselves straight in.

The private parking out the back was really good, i just left my car there and walked everywhere as its so close to local attractions. Anywhere i couldn't walk the tram is only a block away. The unit was spacious and clean.

The unit is a little bit older so it does get a bit cold.

It was a very nice stay and near to all restaurants, shops, and beach.

Water heater

Location - close to Jetty Rd and beach

Lounge had one leg that is ready to fall off so could only be used on other end. TV didn't work properly so had to resort to iPads. Some cupboard doors were broken. Shower head needs replacing. Parking onsite but instructions poor and no code provided to be able to use. The unit is aged and really should have the small things fixed, which would make it a more pleasant stay.
