The room was really big. All the kitchen utensils were provided.

The dining area was very small. There were no toiletries like bodywash, shampoo, etc.

The location is not a noisy place

The bathroom area had funny odour as though there is stagnant water somewhere. The weather was cold and I was unable to use the room heater. I wrote to the host but there was no reply.

The apartment was clean, and the bed linens smelled freshly washed. The tram stop was very close, making public transport easy to use, and there was a supermarket nearby, which was convenient for longer stays. The kitchen was functional and had the basic essentials needed to cook, and communication with the staff was responsive when I requested additional hangers.

The location felt quite far from the city center. Although the tram stop is nearby, it still takes around 20 minutes to reach central Vienna, and the neighborhood did not match the atmosphere I expected from the city. The apartment felt very utilitarian and less welcoming than it appears in the photos. While the bedding was clean, there were visible stains on the bedspread. Storage was very limited: there were no drawers and only one hanger in the wardrobe upon arrival. Although extra hangers were eventually provided, they were mismatched and felt improvised rather than thoughtfully prepared. The lighting was impractical, with the main light switch located far from the bed and no bedside lamps, making it inconvenient at night. The curtains were partially detached and difficult to adjust due to the high ceilings, which affected privacy. Overall, the apartment felt overpriced for the level of comfort, design, and attention to detail offered.
