Good location in pine forest private campus. 10 minutes walk from the beach. A/C available (but efficient only for ground floor).
Very small apartment for 5 people - second floor is low and you will definitely hit your head. Terrace was unusable due to constant cigarette smoke from neighbors. Price is not cheap, and yet it does not include bed linen and towels, you have to use your own or pay extra. During our road trip in France we stayed at 7 accomodations, all except this one were cheaper, but provided bed linen and towels at no extra charge.

Très bon emplacement. A 10mn des plages. Le calme du lieu. Le balcon.
Peut être ajouter un descriptif pour ceux qui arrivent à pieds. J'ai dû monter jusqu'au parking voiture pour comprendre la suite descriptif.. sinon niveau plaque de cuisson peut-être indiquer sur notice que si la plaque indique "Lo" en rouge au milieu il faut faire sauter le disjoncteur plaque cuisine pour relancer le système. Sinon impossible.
Peut-être aussi ajouter un occulteur de lumière sur la fenêtre lucarne dans escalier qui mène aux chambres. Et aussi un anti choc tête plus long que celui existant juste avant de descendre l'escalier. Quand ça tape ça secoue. 🙃

La réactivité d'home cocoon. Très bonne gestion et réactivité plus plus. Merci pour votre disponibilité et bienveillance.
La TV et la machine à laver ne fonctionnaient pas mais ces ennuis ont été bien géré et l'agence a été humainement réactive donc merci pour votre réactivité. Je recommande.

The flat is great and equipped with lots of useful things. The location is very good, close to the beach but calm.
Be aware that this flat does not include linen for the bed (nor towels, but towels I do not consider market standard). For the "comfort" of linen and towels there is an additional charge of 42,-. Presumably the flat shall be shown as low cost, high value. I do not like this behaviour and did not realize before the booking. Fair to say, it is somewhere written, but not prominent. I wanted to retreat from the contract booked same day, non-refundable and didn't receive an answer until we left two days later despite involving booking customer support.
