The location was great for our birdwatching trip, and for exploring King's Lynn. RSPB Snettisham and Titchwell are just a few miles away; Dersingham Bog is even closer; Hunstanton cliffs and its sunsets are also very close.
We liked everything!

Stayed here for the Heritage Live Concerts and it was the perfect location. Walking distance to Sandringham. Close to a grocery shop and a Chinese takeaway and also close to some nice pubs with beer gardens.
The property is spacious and squeaky clean. Very comfortable and has everything you need for a wonderful short stay.
Comfortable beds. Plenty of mirrors to get ready with. Well equipped kitchen.
No corkscrew. For me this is an essential 😂
