A haven of peace, quiet, comfort and support during an arduous journey. If you are an international, travelling from the likes of Europe, Australia, Canada or New Zealand and are a little tired, or daunted by your travels, this is the place for you. Staff were exceptionally kind and helpful; thank you, Akita, for sorting out all my Dumai-Melaka ferry woes.
Nothing I didn't like.
