Customer service was exceptional and very fast - we had a few small hiccups. It is up three flights of stairs but that is advertised and wasn't an issue for us. The location is great, nice and quiet, with the town center, supermarket, restaurants, cafe and buses all within a few minutes walk. They did have two aircon units in there which was good as it was very hot at night while we were there!

The apartment was spacious and well equipped, the sofa bed was comfortable. A great shower!
Third floor with no elevator. No AC in the second bedroom, it was not pleasant for that person.
