I try to write down our experience and what you can expect. The flaws are not real flaws, just something like "be prepared since we were in the same position as you are/will be". The price/value ratio is superb, I have chosen a location, looked for the cheapest options corresponding our needs (need a large fridge for all that prosciutto and cheese I am going to buy and two rooms) and found this. Nice. The flat is divided in two parts separated by stairs, the lower one with one room (kitchen and living room together) and upper one with bedroom and bathroom. Nice way how to have some privacy if you decide to sleep in separate parts. There is almost everything you need (we missed just trash bags). The flat feels new. You can ask the owner to prepare you the sofa in the lower part as the other bed. There is even a chair in the upper part that could be used as another bed. The location is superb; it is in walking distance to several supermarkets, two train stations and the subway. The area around has several restaurants, bars, gellatos and so but we ate only pizza (the fast food type - you point at the tray, you show how much you want and you get it immediately) Drop your luggage and go to see the Pyramide and city walls, like RIGHT NOW! The host/owner is a cool mum/local/person. AC down, AC up, all you can need.

As mentioned above, these are not real flaws, just something "be prepared" since we had this experience. The price is still Rome, well ... what do you expect? The house itself is ... well ... "where the fuck are we? Is this some gheto?" The host writes you only in Italian. She speaks basic English but you have to put ALL THOSE MESSAGES in translator. The keys will be handed down to you in person. There is no sign on the building itself. The building itself is just a generic apartment building. So you are standing on the street, waiting. "Will the host show up? Or is this a scam? If it is a scam, where do I sleep today"? There is just one window in the whole flat, in the lower part. You really need the AC. The stairs are steep ... so steep you need to plan each step. So steep that everytime you walk them you have to shift your whole body. So steep so you are "should I pee in the kitchen sink?" YOU DO NOT! YOU WALK THE STAIRS!

Bardzo dobrze skomunikowany punkt, blisko metro Piramidę i co najważniejsze metro Ostiense z którego odjeżdża pociąg regionalny do/z lotniska ( bilet o połowę tańszy od expressu, który dojeżdża tylko do Termini i trzeba się przesiadać. Czysty, zadbany, posiada wszystkie podstawowe ugodonienia ( żelazko ), w spokojnej okolicy, pod budynkiem kawiarnia, niedaleko Carrefour i lodziarnia La Romana. Bardzo pomocna właścicielka. Stosunek jakości do ceny bardzo korzystny( apartament nawet dla 5 osób- wyłącznie na nocleg).

Wszystko ok

Ottima posizione vicino a metro Piramide e stazione Ostiense, proprietari molto gentili. Appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario.

非常干净，是一个复式，厨房有冰箱烤箱微波炉咖啡机面包机等等，没有洗碗机。卫生间干净，卧室有大衣柜，整体空间很大，需要注意公寓没有电梯。 房源采光很好，楼上楼下都有空调。 一百米的地方，有大超市，公交车有，离的不远有一个出租车停靠站。 Simona 和Ivan 非常热心，帮助我很多。非常开心在罗马认识他们。
