Beautiful views and the perfect base to travel to Hobbiton, Glow Worms, Hamilton and Rotorua. Close to town for food and shops. Books, puzzles, Lego and little teddies for the kids as well which was great. Our little one loved it!

Lovely stay. Comfortable beds, very clean with thoughtful facilities and great bathroom. The owners obviously love this place. We’ll be back!

extremely well set up with everything you would need and so, so much more. Lovely quiet location and although, on the outskirts of town, there are two restaurants and a fantastic convenience store a minute up the road. very comfortable bed.
