Great to have our own terrace to use with views of the sea. Well equipped & centrally based. Glad we chose somewhere with air conditioning as it was extremely hot the week we were there…a must!

Nothing

Rien

AC worked very well, two bathrooms with the half bath being on the same floor as the bedroom - would have been better if this bath had been the full bath with shower, comfort and size of the bed was great - large, view from the large terrace was terrific, motorized terrace canopy was appreciated and convenient, induction stove in the kitchen was very fast as was the oven - nice functional kitchen, large full bathroom on kitchen level was very nice and well appointed, three types of seating provided on the terrace - dinette for two, sunchairs/loungers - 2, and cocktail seating for 2.

Really - it was all nice. Structural changes like improving the bedroom level bathroom to include a shower would not be practical in these beautiful old buildings. We think the spaces were well utilized and respectful of the Italian style and history of the structure.
