The property was well located to major facilities. Rooms very spacious and clean. Management was very quick to reply to our questions or requests.

The noise from the restaurants and bars on the weekend was pretty loud. Window coverings were too long for the windows and we were always tripping over them. Appliances were new but would require a manual to understand how to use them.

Prima appartement

In de winter was het te koud. Instellingen waren niet goed. Werd opgelost door verhuurder. Begin verblijf was daardoor weinig comfortabel.

Excellent location. Well presented rooms. Responsive host

We had some issues with the key code for the door but host responded quickly.

Lovely, spacious and very clean apartment in a fantastic location. It was well presented and a great base for exploring Paris.

The main issue was the air conditioning. One of the four units was extremely noisy, particularly at night, making it impossible to use in the bedroom while sleeping. The room became very hot, and opening the windows wasn’t a practical alternative because of outside noise. We reported the problem during our stay, but it wasn’t resolved and the subsequent communication about it was disappointing, with our messages eventually going unanswered. We were also initially asked to pay for early check-in, only to be told after we declined that the apartment had actually been empty the previous night and we could check in whenever we wanted. Two of the bedrooms are also quite dark, as they face into the centre of the building and have stained-glass windows with very little natural light or view.
