RV has an open space concept which provides more space for family and guests. Comes with a newer model RV Queen size mattress in the front. This bedroom includes blackout window coverings and a blackout curtain divider which provides privacy from the rest of the RV. It is connected to the bathroom with a sliding door attaching it to the bedroom. The leather couch located at the very back lays down which turns into the 3rd and final bed for 2 people. All windows have blackout blinds. The AC unit can be turned on easily from the turn dials on the ceiling above. The furnace runs on propane for the heat and the thermostat is user friendly. 2 full 20lb propane bottles are provided.
