The property is a really nice purpose-built modern property. There are two living spaces one at the bottom and one at the top, both with TVs The main bedroom on the bottom floor has an ensuite and a TV. The bottom floor room is really good if you have older family members who doesn't want to climb stairs. The property, as it says 3 min walk to the beach. It is a few minutes' drive to the main town area of Rosebud if you want the local supermarkets. It is close to several cafes, mainly a couple of minutes' drive. The owners were nice and messaged us about activities in the surrounding area. The bottle of wine and the ice in the fridge were really appreciated. The owners were really responsive and fair with all the work.

Everything was really good, nothing bad to say about. I would check the batteries for the remotes for the heaters and the TV's.

Great

The AC in two beds room didn’t work properly

Very clean and comfortable. Everything provided was good quality.

Quiet location. Not close to shops and restaurants.

Clean, comfortable property, close to so many amenities, and attractions, great eateries, and not far from the beach. The host was welcoming. Communication was helpful and showed an interest in making sure our experience was a good one. Would recommend, and would stay again.
